Gender activists dismayed by new wage gap data

A new factor has been discovered, further shrinking the sex wage gap into non existence. That factor is overwork. Men are about twice as likely as women to work more than the standard 40 hour work week and this has been a pretty constant figure for the last couple decades.

The feminist solution is, unsurprisingly, totalitarian. If men make more money by working more hours, then people, but especially men, should be discouraged from working more than the bare minimum and most certainly shouldn't be paid more for working more hours.
