No. This is not one of those silly sayings like "an apple a day keeps the doctor away." No. This is some serious real world advise, especially for you college guys. Basically, thanks to a few recently passed laws, ALL men who engage in sexual relations with women who have had even the slightest amounts of alcahol are now officially declared rapists. It doesn't matter if you're newly weds preparing to consumate your relationship, if your blood alcahol levels are the same, if she was the initiator, or if there was any degree of planning before hand. If she is tipsy and you decide to bang her, then she can accuse you of raping her and you can go away for a couple decades or so.

And sure, not every woman is just going to go out and deliberately drink just so she can get men convicted of rape. But that's like saying just because you make murder legal, not everyone with a gun or knife will immediately go out and find a victim. The point here is that, thanks to radical feminist influence, the number of men being imprisoned for rape will most likely skyrocket and men in general will have even less reason to trust women.
