This "better safe than sorry" policy isn't helping anyone. If anything, it's threatening the basic human rights of the accused (especially men who're already vulnerable in the matter) and compromising trust in accusers (namely women, some of whom are genuine assault victims).
Worse, if a guy thinks he's got nothing to lose by raping since "she's gonna report me anyway", he will do it.
Seems like feminism isn't actually helping women, after all - not even those who subscribe to their views and abuse double standards.
